What our coverage means for your facility and how to get a certificate of insurance before you commit.
Before any crew enters your facility under our contract, your facility is covered by three layers of protection: general liability insurance, workers' compensation coverage, and a commercial cleaning bond. This is not optional — it is a baseline requirement for every job we take, regardless of facility size.
We carry commercial general liability insurance appropriate for commercial cleaning operations in Minnesota. This coverage applies if property is damaged during a cleaning visit. If a surface is scratched, a fixture is broken, or equipment causes water damage, the claim goes through our policy — not yours.
A certificate of insurance is included with every written quote. If your building management company or tenant requires a specific additional insured endorsement or a minimum coverage amount, note that on the quote form and we will confirm coverage before the first visit.
All crew members working under our contracts are covered by workers' compensation. If a crew member is injured in your facility, the claim is handled through our workers' compensation coverage. This protects you from liability exposure that can arise when contractors without workers' comp are injured on your property.
Minnesota requires workers' compensation coverage for employees. Some cleaning contractors use independent subcontractor arrangements to avoid this requirement. We don't. Our crews are covered.
Our commercial cleaning bond provides coverage in the event of theft or dishonesty by crew members. This is relevant for facilities where crews have access to secure areas, petty cash, or personal items belonging to tenants. The bond is not a substitute for background checks — we conduct those separately — but it provides an additional financial backstop.
We have maintained continuous insurance coverage since we began operating in the Saint Paul market 22 years ago. We have never let coverage lapse. If you ask for our certificate of insurance and the date range doesn't cover your contract period, we will obtain an updated certificate before work begins.
