About Saint Paul Commercial Cleaning Services

22 years cleaning commercial facilities in the Saint Paul metro.

Who We Are

Saint Paul Commercial Cleaning Services has been operating in the Saint Paul metro for 22 years. We clean commercial facilities — offices, medical suites, retail spaces, light industrial buildings, and multi-tenant commercial properties. Quotes route to cleaning contractors who service the greater Saint Paul area.

What We Do and What We Don't

We clean commercial spaces. We do not clean residential homes, and we do not provide moving crews, construction cleanup, or event setup. The focus is deliberate: commercial cleaning has different requirements, different schedules, and a different standard of documentation than residential work, and specialization is how we maintain quality.

How We Work

Every engagement starts with a walkthrough of the facility. From that walkthrough we produce a written scope — a room-by-room list of tasks, frequencies, and assigned responsibilities. The scope is reviewed by the customer before any work begins. This is not standard practice in the industry; most cleaning contractors start from a general description and adjust complaints as they come in. We start from a document that both parties have agreed to.

Crew assignment follows the scope. The same people clean your building on a consistent schedule. Supervisors are accountable for quality on each shift. If something is missed, we return and correct it — not at the next scheduled visit.

Coverage and Insurance

All crews operating under our contracts carry general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. A certificate of insurance is included with every written quote. We are bonded. Customers with specific insurance requirements for tenant or vendor access are welcome to request documentation before signing.

Details on our coverage are on the Insured & Bonded page.

What We Don't Offer

We don't have customer reviews on this site. When real reviews are collected, we'll add them with attribution. Until then, the trust case is built on credentials, process documentation, and price transparency — the things a facility manager or operations director actually uses to evaluate a contractor.
